RentNKC Property Management, Inc. ("RentNKC," "we," "us," or "our") is a Missouri corporation (Charter No. 001653107) located at 2103 Swift St, Suite 200, North Kansas City, Missouri 64116. We provide residential property management services for Oxford House properties in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
RentNKC uses On A Lead, LLC (OnALead), located at 2103 Swift Street, North Kansas City, Missouri 64116, as its authorized technology platform provider. OnALead operates the SMS and voice communication infrastructure through which RentNKC communicates with tenants. OnALead is a registered Independent Software Vendor (ISV) with Twilio Inc. for A2P 10DLC messaging compliance purposes. OnALead does not use your phone number or message content for any purpose outside of delivering RentNKC's property management communications.

When you provide your mobile phone number to RentNKC — whether at lease signing, through our online maintenance portal, at our sign-up page sms.rentnkc.com, or by texting our tenant line — you may receive text messages from us at (816) 608-8883 related to your tenancy. Messages may include maintenance request confirmations, repair status updates, vendor scheduling notifications, rent payment reminders, and property management notices.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
On A Lead, LLC, as our authorized technology partner, processes SMS traffic on our behalf solely to deliver the messages described above.
To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from (816) 608-8883. For assistance, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on maintenance activity and billing cycle.
